In case anyone’s wondering how Jack Ransom’s transition to the college game is going, not to worry. The 2X All-American Charlotte Catholic attackman seems to be doing just fine. The Georgetown freshman fought his way into the starting lineup in April and has made the most of it since he’s been there. He was recently named the USA Lacrosse DI Player of the Week after scoring a whopping NINE GOALS in the Hoyas 17-9 defeat of Villanova to win the Big East regular season championship. He was also named Big East Offensive Player of the Week and Big East Freshman of the Week. Ransom’s nine goals ties the record for most goals in a DI game this season. In his previous start against St. John’s, Ransom tallied six goals and one assist. With the Hoyas set to take on Duke in the first round of the NCAA playoffs, Ransom picked the perfect time to get hot.
Looks like Jack Ransom’s transition to college is going okay
